Effective Date: May 24, 2026. We built LapList because we believe AI should hand you the wheel — not take it. We collect what we need to make the product work, we protect it, and we don't sell it.

1. Information We Collect

Goal descriptions, account information (name and email address), and feedback you send us. We also automatically collect usage data, device information, and log data.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve LapList, process AI planning requests, manage your account, handle payments, and communicate with you about the service.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate LapList — including hosting, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and AI inference (OpenAI).

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Your Rights
